Delete your account

How to remove your account and everything in it

Google Play requires a way to ask for account deletion from outside the app as well as inside it. Both are below.

In the app

Open More → Account → Delete account, and confirm. [CONFIRM THIS PATH MATCHES THE APP BEFORE PUBLISHING.]

By email

Write to [DELETION EMAIL] from the email address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. We will confirm and complete it within [NUMBER] days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Court dates, tasks, notes and contacts
• Documents, evidence and voice memos you uploaded
• Financial figures, worksheets, and a saved signature
• Communication, cost, subpoena and contravention records

What may be kept, and why

• Backups, for up to [NUMBER] days, before they age out.
• Records of purchases, where tax law requires us to keep them. These do not contain anything from your matter.

Before you delete

Deletion cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep first — most screens have an export, and your documents can be shared out of the app one at a time.

A subscription bought through an app store is cancelled separately, in that store. Deleting your account here does not stop the billing.
